Access Protection
All the types of gates, boom barriers and turnstiles that are being produced or distributed by EPPA members. They include swing gates, sliding gates on rail and cantilevered sliding gates.
Depending on the product they will:
- Form a boundary demarcation (basic protection): to signal a limit and create a physical obstacle
- Give protection (medium protection): restrict access and make those within feel safe
- Give security (high protection): to defend people and their possessions/assets
All of the access protection products described will give a passive type of security. Some of these products are also suitable for Special Applications of which we have included examples.
